The implementation of the 2016 Act, with its numerous associated Regulations, will see those letting and managing residential let dwellings under a new regime from 1st December 2022. Designed as a re-cap of the main changes for the private let sector, the webinar will also provide a technical brief on the conversion of existing arrangements, including ASTs, Assured Tenancies and AAOs.
