Whittaker & Biggs is a diverse, long established, and privately owned independent company with four offices covering rural professional work, estate agency, lettings, commercial property consultancy and a furniture & antiques sale room.

Due to an expanding client base, we have an immediate requirement for either a Graduate Surveyor leaving university this year or a school leaver looking to enrol on an apprenticeship course to further their career and provide support to the team of Rural Surveyors.

The role involves a broad spectrum of professional work including but not limited to valuations, sales & lettings of rural property, landlord & tenant matters, compulsory purchase, renewable schemes, agricultural & environmental grants.

Applicants need to be self-motivated, well presented, possess good communication skills with attention to detail and the ability to cope with a varied workload.

Membership of the CAAV & RICS is strongly encouraged by the firm and support will be available to gain qualifications with these professional bodies.
