Third animal tests positive for Bluetongue in Suffolk
5.00 p.m. Defra has confirmed that a third animal has tested positive for Bluetongue on a premises near Lowestoft in Suffolk. Defra has stated in its News Release that there is still no "sufficient evidence" to confirm an active Bluetongue outbreak.
