Scotland to introduce Home Report from 1st December 2008

The Scottish Government has announced that a Home Report will be introduced from 1st December 2008 for the sale of homes. The Home Report is to include three documents which should provide prospective home purchasers with a survey of the property (including information about the property's condition and a valuation), an energy report and a property questionnaire.
