Prime Minister Confirms Commitment to Ban No Fault Evictions

Following recent speculation that the Government may scrap proposals to end no fault evictions for residential tenants in England, the Prime Minister, Liz Truss, confirmed during Prime Minister's Questions yesterday (12th October 2022) the commitment to ban s.21 notices.
