Landowner Fined for Failure to Comply with EA Notice Regarding Waste
The Environment Agency have published a report of a landowner being fined in excess of £5,000 for failure to comply with a statutory notice. Although the landowner arranged removal of excess waste from her land, she was unable to provide Waste Transfer Notes when these were requested by the Environment Agency.
