FMD - Scots Allow Limited Movement to Slaughter

The Scottish Executive has just proposed with effect from midnight tonight a limited scheme for licensed movements of animals directly to slaughter. It has written to abattoirs to apply to receive such movements on the basis of enhanced bio-security measures.
