Job Description:

Exmoor Farmers Livestock Auctions are a multi-disciplined farmer-owned business providing a full range of land agency services for clients throughout Exmoor and the adjoining districts.

Work will include:

• Valuations for probate, IHT planning, sales etc.
• Property letting and management including FBT and grazing licences.
• Diversification, subsidies, grants and environmental schemes
• Property sales.
• Compulsory purchase.
• Auctioneering at our two livestock markets and other sales.

Excellent communication skills required, ability to work as an individual and part of the team, being ambitious, self-motivated and conscientious with high standards.

Clean, full driving licence. Competitive salary.
