The Opportunity
We are seeking a Graduate Surveyor to join our established and expanding team to service the growing workload across the South West, generated by word-of-mouth recommendations. Our core business in the South West is Estate Management, with the opportunity to get involved with all aspects of the work generated from this.
The successful candidate would assist with estate management, residential and commercial property management, planning, stewardship, valuations and a wide range of general professional work, quickly taking responsibility for tasks.
Full support is given throughout the RICS APC process to enable qualification as soon as possible, with the benefit of APC Assessors currently employed within the team. On qualification, the role allows for swift career progression for the right person.
Experience and Skills
Applicants should have, or be working towards completing, an RICS accredited degree, ideally with a background in farming or the rural environment.
The ideal candidate would be:
- A keen learner who is comfortable tackling new challenges in a fun and fast-paced environment
- A personable character and enthusiastic team player
- A self motivated individual with good communication and presentation skills
- IT literate with the confidence to learn new systems
Applicants must have a full driving licence and their own transport.

Terms and Conditions
Salary from £26,000 per annum (depending on the experience of the candidate) but is unlikely to be limited for the right person, 21 days holiday allowance plus 8 Bank Holidays as well as office “away days” and social are included. We pay professional subscriptions (RICS and CAAV) and fund approved CPD.
