Job Description:

An exciting opportunity to join an expanding professional team based in Somerset but serving clients across the West Country.

Successful applicants will join an established team with a varied workload, excellent reputation and loyal client base, undertaking a wide variety of general professional work including:

  • Landlord and Tenant
  • Letting of farms and bare land
  • Rural grant and agri-environmental scheme applications
  • Rural Planning
  • Formal “Red Book” valuations
  • Compulsory Purchase and Compensation

The role offers an opportunity for the right candidates to built their own portfolio, expand the firms reach and launch a successful career with an established and supportive firm.

Requirements

Candidates should be Members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and Fellows of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers or be working towards qualification.

Practical agricultural experience is valued but not essential.

Good attention to detail, excellent communication skills and a Full UK Driving Licence are essential.
