Finance Minister Conor Murphy has again extended emergency protection for tenants having difficulty paying rent on commercial leases as a result of the pandemic. The Business Tenancies (Coronavirus) (Restriction on Forfeiture: Relevant Period) (Northern Ireland) (No. 3) Regulations 2021 mean the measures will remain in place until 25th March 2022.
