SI 2022/163 The Private Landlord Registration (Modification) (Scotland) Order 2022

Modifying the Antisocial Behaviour etc. (Scotland) Act 2004, these regulations remove the requirement for landlord registration where a house is under a occupancy arrangement (not a lease) by a person who has permission to enter or stay in the United Kingdom granted under the Homes for Ukraine Sponsorship Scheme. The regulations apply in Scotland with effect from 12th May 2022.
