Terms and Conditions for CAAV Events

Terms and Conditions

Attendance at CAAV events and conferences is subject to the Terms and Conditions as set out below:


Payment for online bookings are taken at the point of purchase. All paper form bookings constitute a commitment to pay for the place(s) booked. All bookings must be paid in advance of the event/conference.


In the event of non-payment CAAV shall be entitled (at its discretion) to cancel the booking by notice to the delegate.


Cancellations must be received in writing ten working days before the event/conference and will be subject to an administrative charge of £30. No refunds will be made for bookings cancelled after this time.

Variation or Amendment to Bookings

Should the delegate wish to make any variation or amendment to their booking CAAV shall endeavour to make any required changes, but any additional costs thereby incurred shall be invoiced to the delegate.

Replacement Delegates

We are happy to accept replacement delegates.

Programme Changes

It may become necessary, for reasons beyond our control, to change the format, speakers, programme content or any other aspect of the event/conference at any time and for any reason, whether or not due to a Force Majeure event, in each case without liability. These changes do not justify any refund.

Data Protection

We will treat your personal information in accordance with data protection legislation. A copy of our main privacy notice which tells you how the we collect, use and share your personal information is available here and a hard copy is available on request.

A list of all delegates will be published and circulated at the event.

By completing and submitting a booking for an event, you confirm that you have read and understood the Terms and Conditions, as stated above, and you agree to be bound by them.
