#38 – Renting homes in Wales – big changes coming on 15th July

The long-awaited Renting Homes (Wales) Act 2016 will be implemented on 15th July 2022. The Act will introduce new forms of contracts, replacing Assured Shorthold Tenancies, together with new notice provisions and enhanced safety requirements.
