Scottish Residential Tenancies Consultation
The period for responding to the Scottish Government’s consultation on residential tenancies, A New Deal for Tenants, with its proposed changes to the law on private residential tenancies and its discussion of tied housing and housing in agricultural tenancies has been extended to close next Friday, 22nd April.
