New Website Launched – Essential Information for All Members

Today, we have launched a new website to offer an improved service to members.

It has been given a complete refresh to make it easier to find information. It includes a new Resources section where you can find our library of publications, webinars, podcasts and much more. We have also introduced a new and more powerful search engine allowing you to search text across the site and within pdf documents.

With the launch of our new website, the security of your member account means that you will need to re-set your password before logging into the Members Area. You can do so by heading to the password re-set page here. You can use your current password or choose a new one.

Please enter the e-mail address you used to log into the old CAAV website on this page. You will then receive an e-mail with a link to set your password. Once you have done this, you will be able to log into and use the Members Area.

If you cannot remember the e-mail address you used or do not receive the password re-set e-mail, please contact us for assistance.

Please note that we are also working on:

• a new Members Notice Board in the Members Area
• members’ ability to edit their details within the site.

These should be completed shortly. If you need your membership details altering in the meantime, please contact the Secretariat.
