Government loses appeal on Solar Feed-in Tariffs
The Government has lost its appeal against the High Court ruling on the reduction of Feed-in Tariffs (FITs) for solar pv installations, but it is seeking leave to take the case to the Supreme Court. DECC has already put in place a revised reference date of 3rd March 2012. Further information is available on the DECC website.
