That brings the work of presenting clients’ arguments or in being an expert witness The CAAV sees this as a larger opportunity to refresh rural dispute resolution and in this webinar Jeremy Moody will provide an overview of arbitration, expert determination and mediation – with blends like med-arb – as well as providing guidance on avoiding disputes by clear thinking, good negotiation and the use of early neutral evaluation.
