About Us

The firm of Moore Allen & Innocent has deep roots, dating back to 1845, with 3 offices based in the heart of the Cotswolds. As a multi-disciplinary agency, we provide the most comprehensive range of agricultural and rural services in the area offering a full range of advice on all rural, commercial and property development matters as well as auctioneering, valuations, sales and lettings. We are seeking a new member to join our agricultural team; do you have what it takes?

A vacancy has arisen in the rural department of Moore Allen & Innocent for a graduate surveyor to provide support to the existing team of surveyors providing general farm, land and estate management advice to our retained client base. The role is suited for a graduate, but applications from recently qualified surveyors will be considered.

The position is open to applications from existing graduates who are available for an immediate start. Applications will be considered from those who graduate in 2022, but preference will be given to those who are available now.

As we look forward the requirement for tailored advice has never been greater. The role will be based between our Cirencester and Lechlade offices covering Gloucestershire, North Wiltshire and West Oxfordshire with flexibility offered to the right candidate.

You will be motivated, organised, with a keen eye for detail and the ideal candidate will have usually completed a degree course approved by the RICS. You will have the ability to work as part of an established team but also independently as required. We have an excellent success record with full training provided for APC and CAAV exams. You will hold a full driving licence and have your own car.

You will be required to deliver on client’s requirements with a strong focus on BPS and environmental schemes, rural grant applications, compensation claims for third party access and landlord and tenant matters. The team also undertakes several collective and on farm dispersal sales each year with the opportunity to undertake training in auctioneering.

To understand the full extent of the work involved please review our website.

The position is available for an immediate start and offers excellent career prospects for the right candidate. The package offered will be competitive and commensurate with experience.
