Job Role
Rural Chartered Surveyor with a minimum of 5 years’ experience.

Background
Halls is one of the regions oldest and most respected independent firms of Estate Agents, Chartered Surveyors, Auctioneers and Valuers with 10 offices covering Shropshire, Worcestershire, Mid Wales, the West Midlands and neighbouring counties.

We have a growing mixed practice based on the Rural, Residential, Fine Art and Commercial sectors.

The Rural Professional team based in the company’s Head Office in Shrewsbury is seeking to appoint a Rural Chartered Surveyor with a minimum of 5 years’ experience.

The successful candidate will undertake work in a wide range of areas including land management, planning, valuation, property agency, Basic Payment Scheme, compensation and environmental grant schemes.

In addition to having the necessary qualifications and experience in the areas above, the candidate will also be expected to have the following attributes:

  • Fellowship of the CAAV (preferable but not essential)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Motivation to secure and complete instructions
  • Confidence to identify new business opportunities, source new clients and contribute to business development objectives
  • Good IT capabilities
  • Ability to work in a team and independently

The salary and package is dependent upon the experience of the successful candidate.
