Daylesford Estate -North Cotswolds (Gloucestershire/Oxfordshire Border) - Estate Manager

The award-winning 2,300 acre organic Daylesford Estate is seeking to appoint an Estate Manager to oversee the management and maintenance of the extensive and diverse core estate property portfolio in a wonderful rural working environment.

This unique role – reporting to the owners – sits as part of the senior management team and involves a full range of traditional duties as well as overseeing some complex and exciting projects across the estate.

You will be joining the business in an exciting period of change and development.

The role requires a suitably experienced enthusiastic and professional individual (naturally, you will have prior experience within an organic and sustainable setting) to help drive the performance of the estates traditional and entrepreneurial activities, whilst being mindful of the core values and environmental and sustainable ethos of the business.

You will thrive working autonomously in a truly empowering environment.

You will be RICS qualified with significant post qualification experience. Non-RICS qualified applications will be considered if a successful track record of applying equivalent knowledge and experience can be demonstrated.

The salary range for the Estate Manager role is £50-£60,000 and the benefits package includes housing, estate vehicle, Private Health Care, Company Pension Scheme and 29 days holiday.

The role is full-time.
