CLM - Southern England - Rural surveyor
CLM is a team of land, property and environment professionals, specialising in the rural sector. We support clients as varied as traditional estates, family farms, international land investors and viticulture start-ups, providing advice and services to unlock the full potential of their assets.
We are looking for a RICS-qualified surveyor to provide a range of professional services.
The ideal candidate will:
- Be a qualified chartered surveyor, with substantial experience and a proven track record of delivering results
- Be a fellow of the CAAV (or determined to become one)
- Be educated to degree level
- Own a car and have a full driving licence
The role would suit someone with experience in at least some of the following:
- Land management and in-hand farm management
- Planning and development
- Land sales and purchases
- BPS, agri-environment schemes and grants
- Property management
Whatever your background, you’ll be:
- Commercially astute
- Big on detail, but able to think strategically
- An effective communicator
- Able to build strong professional relationships with clients
- Keen to be involved in business development
- Confident, ambitious and resourceful
- Prepared to go the extra mile to get the job done
