Government loses FiT case in Supreme Court
It is being reported that the Government has lost its case on Feed-in Tariffs in the Supreme Court. This means that all solar pv installations completed by 3rd March 2012 will be paid at the old FiT rate of 43p/kWh. More details to follow in the Members' Documents section of the website.
