Badger Trust to pursue legal challenge against DEFRA's badger cull decision
The Badger Trust has confirmed that it will be lodging a claim with the High Court seeking a Judicial Review, on the basis of three grounds, of DEFRA's decision of 14th December 2011 to carry out a pilot badger cull in relation to bovine TB.
