Wales to make Single Payment Scheme 2011 payments to 88% of claimants on 1st December
Alun Davies, Wales' Deputy Minister for Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and European Programmes, has announced that 88 per cent of farmers (14,596 claims) in Wales will receive their Single Payment Scheme (SPS) 2011 payment when the payment window opens later this week on 1st December.
