DEFRA launches new Food and Environment Research Agency
DEFRA has announced the lauch of the new Food and Environment Research Agency (Fera) with effect from 1st April 2009. Fera will incorporate DEFRA's Central Science Laboratory, Plant Health Division, Plant Health and Seeds Inspectorate and the Plant Variety Rights Office and Seeds Division.
