Defra announces plans for Hill Farm Allowance Scheme replacement

Defra has today (21st) announced plans about how the Hill Farm Allowance Scheme (HFA) is to be replaced from 2010 by the Uplands Entry Level Stewardship (UELS) scheme, as a new part of Environmental Stewardship.
