Second Bluetongue case confirmed in Suffolk
6.45 p.m.: It has been reported on BBC News24 this evening (24th September) that a second case of Bluetongue has been confirmed on the same farm as the first case. Some 70 cattle on the farm have seemingly been tested. Defra has confirmed that "This is not sufficient evidence to confirm an outbreak of Bluetongue".
