Introduction of Home Information Packs approaches

1st August 2007 will see the introduction of the compulsory requirement for Home Information Packs (HIPs) for houses with 4 or more bedrooms. This requirement will be extended to small properties once there are sufficient energy assessors trained to carry out the Energy Performance Certificate (EPCs) element of the HIPs.
