You will be part of a small land management team involved in most facets of rural land management including landlord and tenant matters, agri-environment schemes, supporting biodiversity aims, improving wildlife habitats, facilitating water catchment regeneration schemes and other capital investment and maintenance work across the estate.

What do you need?

You will possess knowledge and experience of estate planning and management; have excellent IT, negotiation and customer service skills and have a relevant land management degree. You should possess a full driving licence. You will have excellent planning skills to help assist in the development of Estate Plans and Catchment Management Plans.
