We offer a wide range of professional services and advice to farming and rural clients in relation to agricultural tenancies, dispute resolution including representation at arbitration, rural planning, compulsory purchase and general land compensation matters, BPS, grant applications, telecommunications, easement and wayleave agreements.

Davis Meade Property Consultants is a small company consisting of three Rural Surveyors yet, is recognised nationally as one of the leading providers of rural tenancy advice. We offer a high level of professionalism, however we are very approachable and offer a friendly working environment.

We now seek a RICS qualified Rural Chartered Surveyor on a full-time basis to join our busy team to assist with our growing client portfolio and to further help to develop the business.

The successful applicant will be based at our office in Oswestry, however home working will also be allowed.

With an exciting portfolio of rural, agricultural and diversified clients, we seek a Rural Chartered Surveyor with experience in general practice although if you have an area of specialism within rural practice we would also encourage you to apply.

Once established and settled we are looking for an applicant who is self motivated, confident to communicate and deal with private clients in a lone working capacity and to actively encourage growth of the business itself. Assistance from our team is always at hand, however due to the nature of our business in terms of predominately being out of the office in meetings with clients, the applicant needs to ensure they are confident to work alone.

Your role will include mixed general practice work, including tenancy advice relating to both the AHA 1986 and ATA 1995 as well as other farming agreements, planning and development, valuations, compulsory purchase and compensation claims, grant applications and BPS.

A great attitude, willingness to work within a small exciting team and contribute to the development and strategic growth plans of the business is essential.
