We are seeking to appoint an MRICS Qualified Surveyor, ideally with 1 to 3 years-experience to join our North East team in the newly opened Aberdeen office. For this role, we offer excellent career prospects, the opportunity to undertake a diverse range of workstreams and progress within a dynamic and expanding firm. Fellowship of the CAAV, or a desire to work towards fellowship, is desirable but not essential.

To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate:

  • A sound knowledge of the rural sector and in-depth agricultural knowledge;
  • Excellent interpersonal and client service skills;
  • Strong organisational capability and first-rate attention to detail;
  • Ability to prioritise and meet tight deadlines;
  • A team player but also able to self-manage and work on your own initiative;
  • A logical and analytical approach;
  • Flexibility and adaptability with a strong can-do approach to a varied workload.
  • A good sense of humor and ability to achieve a work-life balance
  • A valid driving license is essential for this role.
