Job description:

The Holker Estate is a 17,000 acre landholding lying principally within the Cartmel and Furness peninsulas in South Cumbria.  The Estate comprises many diverse business interests ranging from farming and forestry to quarrying, leisure and tourism.

The Estate wishes to recruit a full-time, experienced Estate Secretary to assist in providing comprehensive property management support to the Holker team and to work with the Group CEO, Finance Director and other senior managers as required.

Applicants will have the ability to work with enthusiasm, flexibility and commitment. First class attention to detail, competency and a capacity for hard work are all essential skills required in this role.

Previous experience within a chartered surveying environment would be preferable and this role also requires advanced Microsoft Office skills including Access, Word and Excel. Previous use of Landmark property terrier system and Pear digital mapping would be an advantage.
