WHAT TO EXPECT

As a Senior Surveyor or Associate in our East Midlands office you’ll be providing support to our Associate Director in managing the office and providing strategy advice to our clients on projects involving both Development Consent and Compulsory Purchase Orders.  You will be responsible for managing a team on project deliverables covering site acquisitions, valuations, compulsory purchase, and works along with negotiating compensation settlements and planning advice.

You’ll be working with well-known utilities and infrastructure clients on exciting projects from feasibility through to project completion.

You’ll be instrumental in managing client relationships, networking and bringing on new business to support the ongoing growth of our business.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

You’ll be MRICS qualified with experience of compulsory acquisition and delivering challenging large scale infrastructure projects.  You’ll have an ability to lead a team and manage individuals, providing line management support to further their development.  You’ll also demonstrate the ability to provide client care and generate new work by identifying new business development opportunities and be confident in building the capability of our East Midlands Office.

You’ll be dynamic with great verbal and written communication skills along with your experience of managing diverse teams across a matrix organisation.
